Ready for this week's edition of Artist Spotlight? This week, I bring to you an emerging hip-hop artist from Providence, Rhode Island called Bars Brown. Bars Brown is a supremely talented artist with a knack for producing beats and create complex and killer rhymes amongst those killer beats! Upon first hearing his music, I realized an incredible understanding of melody and rhyming skills within his music, which is a skill that is essential for any upstart rap artist to possess if they want to succeed in the rap game. There are a whole slew of hip-hop artists out there today who are experimenting with new and clever ways to entice the listener with a hypnotic set of beats and mind boggling rhymes that will leave your head spinning. Bars Brown can definitely be classified as one of those artists that isn't afraid to try something new for a change and try to get his name noticed among the thousands of other hip-hop artists out there who are all trying to get noticed out there in the music world! One of my favorite tracks from Bars is the track called "Hoodchick" featuring YoungMarquise.
