Hey everyone!
I'm kicking off a new feature of the blog where I'll be featuring a new up and coming artist every now and then that you guys may not be familiar with now, but will be sure to become a welcome feature in your iTunes music library. For this weeks artist feature, I proudly present The Hookups!
The Hookups are a four piece group from Medford, MA. The band consists of: Kevin Braxton on Guitars and Lead Vocals, Ryan Ward on Lead Guitar, James Griffin on Guitars and Keys, Charlie Falco on Bass, and Dave Chardo on Drums. The band's sound is very diverse and features elements of artists such as 311 and Incubus. They recently played a show this past Friday at McGann's in Boston which featured an assortment of jams that strongly reflected their musical influences and incited a positive reaction from the crowd.
