It;s time for my last Artist Spotlight feature for the year! This week, I bring to you a producer out of Lynn, Massachusetts called Greg Jones, also known by his stage name of G. Jonz. G. Jonz hones his production skills into something extraordinarily unique here, as he uses the theme of cooking around his debut mixtape album titled Check The Recipe. The album showcases his extraordinary talents over a set of layered, thumping beats that is guaranteed to keep your head moving and also showcases the talents of different artists on the album, opening the opportunity for some undiscovered artists to get some exposure to a open and willing audience. It's really awesome to see what producers are doing behind the scenes to get the creative juices flowing, and G. Jonz certainly has the magic touch when it comes to producing and ensuring that the artists that he works with sound excellent while performing. Probably one of the most creative up and coming producers in the scene today!
