Hey everyone!
It's time for this week's edition of Artist Spotlight! Today for you guys, we have a pop-punk band out of Metuchen, New Jersey called Church & Chambers. The group consists of Tariq Aly on lead vocals and guitar, Jenna Stefandl on bass, and Alex Vazquez on percussion. The band has a melodic, fun vibe to them that are reminiscent of classic pop-punk bands I grew up listening to such as Blink 182 and The Starting Line. Tariq's vocals resonate very strongly and echo through the hard edged guitar riffs that are richly abundant throughout their music. These guys know how to make varying degrees of songs at a wide range of tempos, whether it's a fast paced pop-punk track or a slower, more melodic and introspective track these guys know how to pounce on you at every angle with something different to throw your way for your listening enjoyment! Some of my favorite tracks from these guys include "This Reminds Me Of A Drinking Game I Played Once" and "Project Broadway Junction".
