R&B singer Adele has decided to cancel the remainder of her concert dates for the rest of the year as she begins to undergo surgery on her vocal cords. You might remember that Adele cancelled some concerts back in June due to laryngitis, and more recently it was revealed that she had hemorrhaging in her vocal chords that could only be alleviated by surgery. Doctors have ordered her to undergo full and total voice rest and won't be making any promotional appearances either to promote her latest album "21". Her latest album is the bestselling album of the year so far, with over 4 million copies sold far to date according to Nielsen Soundscan. She hopes to reschedule the cancelled dates sometime early next year and concertgoers who purchased tickets to the show can get a refund at the point of purchase.
