Time for my annual recap of the top songs of 2013. This year was an outstanding one as scores of songs were heard in all facets of the world, and all had a positive effect on the listener that made the song a constant presence in their everyday lives, whether it be Daft Punk's "Get Lucky" at your summer barbecue, Vampire Weekend's "Diane Young" at a raucous house party in your backyard, or The Neighbourhood's "Sweater Weather" unwinding after a long day at work. These songs all in one way, shape, or form helped those special memories seem more enjoyable and pleasant, and with that here is my personal playlist of my favorite songs of 2013:
