Artist Spotlight: Handguns

Closing out the week with an all new edition of Artist Spotlight! Today, we check out an emerging punk band straight out of Baltimore, MD called Handguns. The group consists of Taylor Eby on lead vocals, Brandon Pagano on guitar and vocals, Kyle Vaught on guitar and vocals, CJ Wilson on bass, and Woody Spokas on drums. The sound is pure, unadulterated punk music with a vast array of influences ranging from Taking Back Sunday to All Time Low, but with a more aggressive musical frame of mind and a strong lyrical mindset that will allow you to relate what they're singing about and make you feel their passion for music as much as you do. I heard about these guys by name only, and I was impressed with their musical maturity and their willingness to keep things straightforward, and develop a strong relationship and closeness with their fans that they appreciate with all their hearts and would gladly bend over backwards for. An amazing act that is more than ready to take the next step in this competitive business. Standout tracks from the boys include "Lost October" and "Song About You".

For more info on Handguns, give them a well deserved 'Like on Facebook here and discover firsthand what they're all about.
