Boston's own The Novel Ideas, Long Lost, and The Adventures Of are set to take part in the Local 92.9 showcase happening tonight at 7:30 at The Foundation Room just steps behind Fenway Park on Causeway Street right above The House of Blues. This is the second showcase put on by the local extension of Radio 92.9, and I was fortunate enough to attend the first showcase last year that featured Friendly People and scores of other local artists gathered to entertain the masses in attendance devoted to supporting the local scene. I will be in attendance at this showcase, so definitely hunt me down in the crowd to say hello!
Tickets for this show are $8 and are available at the door only. Everything gets underway at 7:30PM and the show is 21+. For more information on Local 92.9 and what they do, click on their website here and stay in the know with future showcases coming down the road.
