LA based alt rockers Foster The People are gearing up to release their brand new album called Supermodel. The disc will be released on March 18th and is the follow up to their platinum selling 2011 debut, "Torches", which spawned the mega hit "Pumped Up Kicks" plus "Helena Beat" "Houdini" "Call It What You Want" and "Don't Stop (Color on the Walls). These guys were far and away my favorite new act of 2011 and provided for some lasting memories that lasted well throughout the year, and have really allowed my expectations to be shattered as to alternative rock sounds like today.
The band also released the track listing and a time lapse video of the effort's first single "Coming of Age" today as well. You can view both respectively below:
Track Listing:
- Are You What You Want To Be
- Ask Yourself
- Coming of Age
- Nevermind
- Pseudologica Fantastica
- The Angelic Welcome of Mr. Jones
- Best Friend
- A Beginner's Guide to Destroying The Moon
- Goats in Trees

- Fire Escape
